Core philosophy & paradigm shift
Virtually all wisdom/wellness practices and guided meditations are built on Solo-presence. Instead of shifting your baseline, they simply keep you locked inside the left brain’s misplaced, projected sense of “within”—asking you to heal, regulate, and re-centre strictly by yourself. The result? The moment you step back into relationship, family, or community, that solo-peace vanishes.
When you embrace a right-brain step back, you step into that 'most present' of relational places—the natural sway of a subcortical-prefrontal-bilateral, vibrational dance. This is Co-presence: your Return to Resonance.
You don't just hold onto your peace when you re-enter your outer world. It stays.

What was overlooked
Have you ever stood in a room full of people and felt entirely invisible? For many of us, navigating daily life means carrying a quiet, heavy burden: the reality of not being truly seen, heard, or felt.
These are not casual desires—they are foundational pillars of human survival. When your natural resonance—the relational sway of co-presence that carries both your light and dark sides—is overlooked, your voice dismissed, and your deepest emotional states met with cold indifference, it triggers a profound alarm within your nervous system.
This hidden isolation reshapes how we walk through the world, manifesting in three deeply interconnected ways:
When your identity is consistently ignored, your self-worth erodes. Your body gets trapped in an exhausting loop of hypervigilance—constantly scanning for the next sign of rejection—until you choose to shrink and withdraw just to stay safe.
When your voice is repeatedly cut off or treated as unimportant, you begin to internally invalidate your own reality. Silencing your thoughts causes emotions to bottle up, quietly transforming into chronic self-doubt, anxiety, and sudden flares of anger.
When no one matches your emotional frequency, an empty, hollow loneliness settles in—even inside an intimate relationship. This lack of deep empathy leaves your body in physical distress, because your brain registers social exclusion exactly like a physical injury.
You are not broken for feeling this way, nor are you demanding too much. Your nervous system is simply crying out for its natural state of alignment. It is time to step out of the shadows of isolation and discover the path back to a life where both halves of your being are fully met.
Assess Your Co-Presence State
Before stepping into The Vibrary, discover where your nervous system is currently holding defense and where it is ready to sway.
The Vibrary & the triarchic system
The Core Pillars of Co-Presence Reflection
The Vibrary—the epicenter and beating heart of Awear of Love—is designed around a triarchic resonance that directly restores what was overlooked:
Scroll — three pillars, one resonance
Driven by your subcortical vision. Long before your conscious mind processes shapes, your ancient brainstem detects subtle shifts in light, movement, and environmental resonance. This is the primal, vibrational sway of being truly seen, where your internal radar effortlessly harmonizes with your environment.
Driven by the prefrontal cortex. Long before logical thoughts structure a reply, your higher brain steps into neural synchrony with another mind—catching subtle emotional pitch and shared cognitive echoes. This is the conscious sway of being truly heard, creating immediate psychological safety.
Driven by cross-lateral integration. Long before your body drops its armor, neural pathways bridge your left and right hemispheres, detecting sensory weight and muscular tension. This is the somatic sway of being truly felt, where bilateral coordination surrenders defense for complete physical embodiment.
Subcortical vision delivers the instinctual wave to be seen. The prefrontal cortex delivers neural synchrony to be heard. Cross-lateral integration surrenders armor so both physical halves can be felt—crossing the neural bridge to unite our divided selves into whole-body resonance.
| Pillar | Nervous System Level | Relational Resonance |
|---|---|---|
| Vision | Subcortical / Seeing | Establishes Safety by clearing threat loops |
| Validation | Prefrontal / Intellect | Establishes Connection by bridging isolation |
| Vulnerability | Cross-Lateral / Somatic | Establishes Integration by healing fragmentation |
The practices
Inside every single pillar, the Vibrarian practitioner drops into Co-Presence using Sahāsanam, locks it with Saha Mudrā, and achieves Sahasthitiḥ.
Taking The U-Turn Test is the recommended first step to assess where your nervous system is currently holding defense and where it is ready to sway.
ImmortalVibe: LoveSourced, LoveServed
Virtually all modern approaches to longevity focus on trying to keep Solo-Presence alive for longer—extending the lifespan of an isolated nervous system that still feels unseen, unheard, and unfelt. This is an uphill battle against nature.
Solo-presence relies on a single-cylinder, energy-guzzling fuel system powered by left-brain hypervigilance, isolated overthinking, and chronic stress. This self-consuming friction creates toxic emotional waste that accelerates cellular aging. Trying to extend solo-presence is like putting pristine racing fuel into a engine that is constantly burning itself out from the inside.
The Longevity Truth: Not being truly seen, heard, and felt is prematurely aging your body. External longevity keeps the separation alive; Internal Longevity restores your natural resonance.
[ Solo-Presence Fuel ]
Single Cylinder • High Friction • Accelerated
Self-Consuming Energy • Left-Brain Stress
[ Co-Presence Fuel ]
Super-Clean • Recyclable • Decelerated
Endless Open-Source • Right-Brain Sway
From PowerFool to the Power of Love
To decelerate aging, we shift from being a PowerFool (a consumer of solo-presence energy bound by separation) to embodying the Power of Love (a continuous supplier of co-presence energy grounded in unity with distinction).
The 80/20 Co-Presence Energy Rule: Solo-presence isn't "bad"—it provides a modest amount of ResonanceResistance necessary to build physical stamina. But it was never meant to be your primary fuel source.
The Hybrid Engine: When you bring the ImmortalVibe of Co-Presence from the background into the foreground, your body transitions into a clean, self-generating hybrid system.
PausitiveThinking: Continuous pauses in neurotic left-brain overthinking lead directly to continuous pauses in biological aging.
When you step out of the isolated hustle of solo-presence, you stop trying to keep your defense mechanisms alive for another century—and step into self-sourced, clean energy that is naturally built to last.
Founder's story
"All surface as Love, when all surface is in service to Love."
Chapter 01 — Formative Years
I was born in the late spring of 1960 in the West Midlands of England. Back then, greetings were simple: "Alright, love?" Yet behind that familiar warmth lay early hardship; my biological father was unknown. My mother, born at the foothills of the Indian Himalayas, helped me navigate a severe childhood stutter. Her remedy? Having me pronounce my stuttered English words through the ancient, vibrational sounds of Sanskrit. Love and vibration were woven into my nervous system before I even had the words to understand them.
Chapter 02 — Early to Late Teens
In 1969, we boarded a ship for Australia. Goodbye Beatles haircut and dicky bow tie; hello bare feet, long hair, and ocean surf. I threw myself into physical discipline: martial arts and ironman training. I was riding the ultimate solo-presence wave—building an ironclad outer shell to protect an unarmored inner world.
Chapter 03 — Late Teens to Early Twenties
That physical discipline propelled me into the Australian male modelling world, where I became known simply as "The Body." On the outside, it looked like peak vitality. On the inside, it was the ultimate illusion of solo-presence: being constantly looked at, yet never truly seen.
Chapter 04 — Late Teens to Mid Twenties
I shifted into sculpting others—offering homemade muscle building, body sculpting, custom nutrition, and Swedish massage for actors, designers, and high achievers. I was trying to give others the physical strength I was using to keep my own nervous system regulated, yet the underlying sense of isolation remained untouched.
Chapter 05 — Mid to Late Twenties
I paused my training practice to pursue a singer-songwriter dream, bouncing between the music scenes of London and Los Angeles. By day, I studied somatic healing modalities; by night, I performed gigs to the LA nightlife. Yet, despite all the therapeutic tools I mastered, none created lasting wellbeing for myself or my clients. The techniques were still operating within the left-brain container of solo-presence.
Chapter 06 — Late Twenties to Mid Thirties
My life swung between extremes. I spent time in the quiet isolation of the French Mountains, uncovering past-life memories but finding no room for relational connection. Then I returned to London as part-owner of an exclusive private party club, dispensing personal development advice over late-night drinks. I was deeply embedded in the world of solo-presence—watching people try to heal relational wounds through isolated effort.
Chapter 07 — Mid Thirties to Present
Then came a sudden awakening of simultaneity—an instant drying up of solo-presence, whilst in the very same moment, an immediate flooding of co-presence: “Vibe with me. That's all that Love will ever ask of thee.”
A human being having a spiritual experience? A spiritual being having a human experience? The universe becoming conscious of itself? No such thoughts came to mind.
LoveEmbodied Co-Presence reflection: OneAnOtherness: Love is not one, without another. Love is not two, separate. Love is OneAnOther: both no other, other than Love—Aware of Love—and Love’s other, not other than Love. Awear of Love. No such realisation without a Return to Resonance.
My Name, My Vibe
My name is Prema Rupa. It is my ImmortalName—a direct reflection of vibration rather than a construct of birth and mortality.
Derived from Sanskrit, the ancient language of vibrational frequency:
I identify less with the left-brain construct of being a solitary human being struggling through separation, and more with being an embodiment of Co-presence—a living reflection, fully Awear of Love.

Questions
No, but they follow a natural progression. The first three reflections—EverDance of Love, UpSittingLove, and SevenSways—form the Trilogy of Simultaneity (Saha-Trayam). Anyone practicing these three steps enters the path of the Sahatrayī.
The fourth practice, MSCLMNK (Premūta-Śāntibalam), represents the somatic strength lineage of the Māṁsa-Bhikṣu (Male) and Māṁsa-Bhikṣuṇī (Female). To step into MSCLMNK, mastery of the first three foundational reflections is required to ensure your nervous system can safely hold relational co-presence under physical exertion.
While Solo-presence practices focus on solitary isolation, LoveFrontier Co-presence is designed to ground you in dynamic relation. You can practice with an intimate partner, a close friend, or within guided pairs inside our live community sessions. The reflections train your nervous system to stay open and regulated in the presence of another, rather than retreating inward.
The Vibrary is hosted on a simple monthly or annual membership. Membership grants you immediate access to:
You do not need to abandon your current routines. The Vibrary is designed to transform how you engage with them. By applying Co-presence Reflections to your existing habits, breathwork, or workouts, you shift them out of left-brain solo defense and integrate them into right-brain relational resonance.
If you frequently experience peace during solitary meditation or online workshops, but find that peace quickly vanishes when you re-enter your relationships, family, or daily life, you are ready.
